Works closely with the sales team and passes leads on and helps set up meetings.
Keeps up with new products, features, accessories, etc., to represent the company appropriately and be a wealth of information to the customer.
Create an operating rhythm that encourages repeat and referral business, which contributes to customer satisfaction.
Represent the sales team when needed in cases of cold calling, follow-ups, setting appointments, touring the show room, and taking customers on test drives.
