CAM is currently comprised of nine subsidiaries across the United States split among three segments.Who You AreThe successful candidate will learn quickly and display flexibility when working and training in multiple areas of the chemical processing department. They will also verify dimensions of finished material using measuring devices.Essential Responsibilities* Process parts in the surface finishing area according to the appropriate Manufacturing Procedure.* Maintain accurate parts counts and fill in router information accurately.* Fill out appropriate certification documents/travelers.* Perform testing procedures on parts to ensure quality standards are met.* Operate drying oven, including reading and changing charts.* Maintain accurate records for processing.* Maintain a safe, clean and orderly work area.Position Requirements* High school Diploma* 1-year of experience as a silicone operator, chemical processing or general manufacturing* Must be detail oriented* Stand, walk, bend and stoop most of the day as well as engaging in repetitive hand and wrist movements 8-10 hours daily.* Able to work independently and in a team environment* Possess knowledge of production procedures* Ability to read work instructions* Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, as Aerofit is an ITAR regulated facility.Benefits & PerksYou’ll get a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits plan that includes medical, dental, life, vision, wellness program, disability, 401k, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Paid Time Off, including paid vacation, holidays & personal days, and tuition reimbursement.
