Partner Manager, Gaming

We are looking for a Creative Partner Manager to join our team in New York City, Los Angeles, or Austin.

TikTok Marketing Partnerships are a critical means of accelerating the global sales of TikToks paid media offering by working with 3rd party developers to build products that make marketing on TikTok easy and effective.

As a Partner Manager, you are expected to provide deep product insight and ongoing consultative support to TikToks sales team and their clients.

Partner Managers will work closely with the sales teams as well as our most strategic partners to develop education and services related to marketing on TikTok.

The immediate focus will be on developing creative partnerships that help advertisers create TikToks for their brands more easily and efficiently.

The end goal is to drive advertiser revenue through advertising and to increase the quality of brand creative on TikTok. 

Responsibilities

– Maintain direct and active relationships with strategic developers on our Developer Platform, including on-boarding and contract work, proactively resolving business, technical, and policy issues, and serving as an internal advocate.

– Partner with TikToks product and marketing teams to identify opportunities for innovation, and to bring new revenue opportunities to TikTok.

– Drive product and partner adoption and provide ongoing education about new and existing TikTok marketing partner products, focusing on those that leverage APIs and other advanced technology.

– Provide consultative services to TikTok sales and account management teams whose clients are implementing partner enabled solutions/tools.

– Prospect and recruit new advertisers to the program to help grow a dynamic, innovative partner ecosystem.

– Develop scaled approaches and processes to in-market activity and communication.

– Represent TikTok in external meetings with executives from other companies while displaying the highest personal integrity and ethics.

Qualifications

– 4-7 years of client-facing experience in advertising sales or partner management, preferably with a focus on creative partnerships.

– Experience collaborating cross-functionally with peers and managers, both internally and externally.

– Experience presenting to internal and external audiences at all levels of seniority.

– Experience defining, developing, and leading projects.

– Quantitative/analytical experience.

– Experience working as part of an international team.

– Strong product acumen.

– Fluency in English required.

– Fluency in Mandarin and/or any European language is a plus.
