Our institution has a variety of providers, ranging from a Sleep Surgeon/ENT, Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon, Pediatric Dentists, Myofunctional Therapists, Physical Therapists, Oral Motor Specialist, and more.

We also have an ever-growing team of Medical Assistants, Operational Managers and are looking to add Dental Assistants and Oral Surgery Assistants to the team as well.

The Breathe Institute is looking to hire a part-time/full-time Administrative Assistant to join the team.

We are seeking a hardworking, personable and organized individual who is particularly efficient in note-taking, correspondence writing, record keeping and accounting.

The ideal candidate is quick-thinking, extremely organized and has a naturally high attention to detail.

We are seeking a reliable, motivated candidate with HIPAA training and experience in email correspondence as well as professional phone etiquette.

We aspire to have an individual work in-office approximately 40 hours a week.

Desired availability of the position will require full working hours.

Shifts will include some opening and/or closing times, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, Monday-Friday.

The main location is in Westwood, Los Angeles, although we ask you to be flexible in commuting to our Calabasas location if needed.

Expectations/Duties:
-Multi-task in coordinating the needs/schedules of and between multiple departments/providers
-Must be technologically-skilled and handle multiple interfaces such as Excel, Word, Canva, Google, and Gmail, or be willing to learn quickly.
-Proficient in handling phone, mail and email correspondence in a professional manner.
-Comforting patients by anticipating anxieties and effectively answering questions
-Maintaining office inventory and equipment by anticipating supply needs and expediting supply orders
-Should be proficient in the English language and typing out dictations in perfect grammar quickly.
-Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and especially written) and be able to relay accurate information to others in a professional and timely manner.
-Specialize in financial and patient-based data entry and analysis.
-Work well with others and share our same positive outlook/energy towards teamwork and overperformance in the workplace.
-Flexible availability and reliable transportation.
-Be well-organized, have great time-management skills and be able to act without guidance.
-Process payments and report charges to our Electronic Medical Record system and internal day sheet

Experience: Reporting, Financial Accounting, Administrative Tasks, Correspondence Writing.

License: Would need to have or be willing to obtain CPR Training, First Aid Certification, HIPPA and OSHA training as well as undergo a background check.
