Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Receptionist position.

In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and transferring phone calls, greeting and directing visitors, scheduling appointments, and coordinating reservations for the guest suites.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, submitting maintenance work orders, meter outgoing mail, sorting and distributing mail, and a variety of clerical duties including typing, filing, copying, and record keeping.Job Requirements The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 2-4 years of business or related experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills To protect the health and safety of our residents, employees, and the communities we serve, Acts has implemented a universal COVID-19 and Influenza (Flu) vaccination requirement for all employees.
