Workday Consultant – Benefits Management (Remote) (W2 or Corp to Corp) IMMEDIATE NEED for a Workday Consultant – Benefits Management to join a major Law Firm regarding a Remote Contract enagement to be at least 6+ months. They usually go longer with this Firm. Qualifications Expertise in all aspects of Benefits management ndash retirement, health welfare, insurance, leave administration Advanced Workday configuration experience with an emphasis on Benefits, Absence Management and Business Process configuration. Design solutions for Benefits administration and reporting Manage all aspects of Workday Benefits administration ndash benefit plans, groups, eligibility, rates, open enrollment events, life events, coverage targets, plan limits Expertise in analyzing business specifications, writing and executing test scenarios and scripts Strong analytical skills, ability to identify end-to-end configuration requirements Ability to create test scenarios and generate test data for end-to-end testing from Business Processes to Integrations to Payroll. Responsible for developing test case scenarios for Workday integration testing for inbound and outbound interfaces Create advanced reports for the management and analysis of Benefits configuration and administration, Leave of Absence management, Payroll integration audits, 401(k) loan management Provide recommendations on improving the data quality and accuracy in Benefit integrations Document project requirements, manage priorities, create weekly status reports and coordinate delivery timelines Document benefit configuration and lead knowledge transfer sessions with Benefits Team and technical team create SOPrsquos for benefit processes Ability to troubleshoot, update and manage Workday integrations ndash CCBEN, WBN, custom integrations, EIBrsquos Advanced Workday Studio integration development Please send your resume to Dave Lim, Senior Technical Recruiter for immediate consideration.
