Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a Web Analytics Manager to join our eCommerce team here at Therabody to manage web analytics, analysis, and insights.
The right candidate is highly organized and intellectually curious about customer behavior and transforming raw data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and design KPI reports, dashboards and ad-hoc requests Manage recurring reports while identifying trends, patterns, challenges and opportunities Define and own website tagging strategy and work with development teams to implement Identify strategic ways to use data to build features into the site, email campaigns and other customer touch points; work collaboratively with team to execute Lead and execute web analytic audits as needed to ensure high data quality and data integrity Cultivate a test and learn, data driven culture
The Right Person Would Have
3+ years of hands-on experience in digital analytics or related field Experience installing and customizing web analytics and tag management solutions Highly proficient in advanced analytics, data visualization and reporting tools Experience building annual sales plans, web forecasting models, and cohort analysis Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to troubleshoot data related issues Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science or similar
