The team is expanding and adding a new Manager, Learning and Organizational Development.
This role is a unique opportunity to join an L&OD CoE team that is driving leadership, DE&I, talent planning, performance management, and professional development initiatives for over 11,000 employees.
Job Description The Wonderful L&OD Way: Lead the Wonderful Learning program (our self-enrollment offerings ranging from virtual webinars to in-person workshops); responsible for strategy development, content creation, program management and delivery Lead and deliver end-to-end, enterprise-wide leadership programs utilizing best practices, recognized strategies and demonstrated solutions Collaborate and provide expertise in the design, development and implementation of talent planning and talent reviews to achieve business goals and build an internal bench of top talent Manage relationships with vendors, developers, and consultants for the development and/or delivery of learning services, as needed Serve as an OD resource working with our business units to consult on team effectiveness challenges and facilitate workshops and offsites Identify potential new partners, initiatives, and activities and make recommendations in support of an expanding center of excellence in learning and organizational development Manage team members on related projects or leadership programs Partner with members of the L&OD team on cross-functional initiatives and project Qualifications The Wonderful You: Minimum of 5 – 7 years proven success in creating and delivering learning and professional development trainings and presentations, virtual and in-person, to audiences of 10 to 100 participants Experience in presenting and partnering with department leaders to execute trainings that align to the Company mission and values including DE&I, performance management, manager training, onboarding, and employee engagement Influence without direct authority, liaising and coordinating with individuals, teams and various stakeholders across all parts of the company to bring the L&OD CoE mission to life and meet stated objectives Work autonomously in a competitive, fast-paced environment but also thrives in a collaborative environment with a proven track record of excellent stakeholder management Self-directed, can make progress with limited information or direction and can be agile and flexible Create high quality, high impact deliverables appropriate for leaders and other key stakeholders Knowledge and usage of personality and organizational assessment tools such as DISC, Hogan, Social styles, 360 assessments, MBTI Demonstrated ability to measure and report on program and training effectiveness Master’s in organizational development or related field, strongly preferred not required Spanish facilitation experience, preferred not required Expert understanding and usage of MS Office tools, specifically PowerPoint design and content flow COVID vaccination (and any eligible booster) will be required for this position unless candidate has a legally valid exemption Additional Information Wonderful’s Dedication to You: Competitive benefits package including Medical (including 24/7 online access to a physician), Vision, Dental and 401k with match eligibility Opportunities for development and internal mobility Manager and leadership training, biweekly L&OD webinars, and eLearning offerings Companywide problem solving and continuous improvement training Wonderful Giving (wonderfulgiving.com)
