The following is a sneak peek into what an Assistant Branch Manager looks like:* BRANCH OPERATIONS: Manages the branch operations including loan approvals, savings products, checking accounts, and other Credit Union products.* MEMBER SERVICE: Interact with member base and provide accurate, prompt, and friendly service.

Understand the needs of the members and offer solutions to better fit their needs.* LEADERSHIP: Supervise Tellers and provides training related to Credit Union policies and products.* BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: Promote a retail environment by cross-selling and referring credit union products and services.

In addition, ensuring that established branch goals are met.* TEAMWORK Maintains effective communication between branch and other departmentsWho You AreEnough about us.

Who you are…or who we think you are, or who you really want to be:* You are dedicated, motivated and detailed orientated* You have excellent customer service skills* You have 7+ years of banking or credit union knowledge* You have 5+ years in a supervisory role* You have a background in banking, credit union, or other financial industry* You are approachable and have the knack to assist others with issues* You are flexible and adapt to change* You have been complimented on your communication skills and pride yourself on being able to vocalize “I love working in a group and facilitating the best possible outcome!”We know you might not have every qualification we’ve listed.

You’ll use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, copiers and filing cabinets.

The position also requires manual dexterity—the ability to lift files and flex paperclips.

You may be required to stand on one leg, tap your head, and compound daily variable interest in your head.
