Job Responsibilities:Responsible for the execution and implementation of overseas warehouse construction and expansion projects, and work with the domestic team to handle pre-warehouse establishment work locally.Responsible for building the operational management team in the overseas warehouse, and formulating and optimizing the attendance/operation policies and systems in the warehouse.Ensure the achievement of timeliness and quality in the inbound and outbound operations of the overseas warehouse, and ensure the normal operation of the warehouse.Handle customer complaints, disputes, and exceptions generated in logistics operations, and refine and optimize the process for high-frequency issues.Monitor and alert warehouse risks, including but not limited to infringement, loss prevention, natural disasters, and political factors.Responsible for communicating and coordinating specific daily details between the Chinese and American departments.Job Requirements:College degree or above, with more than 5 years of operational experience in overseas warehouse management; experience in e-commerce/fashion logistics management is preferred.Have certain resources in the American logistics service industry and understand the local third-party labor market.Have professional management and communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, and execution ability.Fluent in both Chinese and English, both languages can be used as working language; able to objectively recognize and handle cultural differences between China and the United States.Total compensation range 110K – 120K
