VIP Manager – Pacific Palisades

ZIMMERMANN is currently seeking a VIP Manager to join our Pacific Palisades boutique on a full-time basis.

Acting as a Zimmermann ambassador, the role is primarily sales orientated, and will involve creating lasting client relationships with both new and existing clients. To provide exceptional service levels to ensure that clients enjoy an elevated luxury shopping experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

SALES:

  • To execute Zimmermann “Shopping Experience” training program without exception
  • To ensure customer satisfaction is achieved without fail
  • Effectively monitor sales by category (Swim and Collection) in order to achieve the brand expectation

CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS:

  • Optimise every opportunity to grow your client base and acquire new high value clients
  • Follow through on all new client leads, introducing the brand and engaging the client with the service and benefits to turn a prospect into a shopper
  • Demonstrate exemplary standards of client service at all times and to all clients (VIPs and non- VIPs), in line with brand and department standards

TEAM:

  • Partner with external VIP services and PR to manage relationship and product fulfillment
  • Partner with store management team and Regional Manager to execute store events

CLIENT CAMPAIGN:

  • Participate in marketing / partnership events as required
  • Entertain high profile clients and conduct one to one appointments
  • Ensure high standards of professionalism and client service, thereby creating referral and intermediary opportunities
  • Implement an ongoing client outreach program to update client base on new collections, deliveries and promotions
  • Organise VIP events in store

The Ideal Candidate:

  • High level of customer service expertise
  • Clienteling experience
  • 3-5 years retail experience (luxury preferred)
  • Positive attitude
  • Team player
