Current employees and contingent workers click here to apply and search by the Job Posting Title.iHeartMediaJob Summary:Leads operational efficiencies that will allow the Sales Development, Idea Lab, and Brand Success teams to create tools, dashboards, reporting, and processes that will streamline the workflow of our sales support groups.The Vice President, Sales Development Operations will be responsible for enabling the greater marketing and brand success teams to run at an efficient level and responsible for reporting that provides meaningful insights on use of resourcing. They are embowered to scale their operations as the company grows larger and tightens focus on key growth levers. Implementation and use of technology for resource management and development of quarterly training will be part of the foundation of this role.The employee in this role will have a strong understanding of large media organizations and in-depth knowledge of multi-platform solutions. We’re looking for a driven, self-starting candidate that will have polished communication and analytical skills to effectively communicate their findings.
