Bottega Louie Restaurant & Patisserie debuted in DTLA in 2009 and has since gained a legendary reputation as a world class patisserie and luxury Italian restaurant.
We recently opened our second location in West Hollywood and have opportunities for hospitality professionals to join our team.
Our Vice President of Operations role is a pivotal part of successfully operating and growing the Bottega Louie Restaurant & Patisserie experience.
In this role we are looking for an individual that will not only oversee the operations of our restaurants in the LA Market, but also help as we continue to grow our brand.
We are looking for an individual that is confident and capable of developing, managing and auditing standard operating procedures designed to maximize sustainable free cash flow, preserve the brand’s intent and enhance the Guest, Employee, Investor & Community Member experience.
    As our organization expands, we are looking for a Vice President of Operations with the following qualifications:     
      A positive attitude and the ability to lead and work collaboratively with a team           A genuine passion for providing the highest level of hospitality to all of our guests while maintaining the highest level of quality            The availability to work 10 – 12 hours per day, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
The VP of Ops will be required to work a varied schedule and be on-call Three years’ experience in a similar position, with a high-volume restaurant group is a plus.
Main responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
   Operations    
     Understanding, in-depth, the ins and outs of our labor model and schedules         Work with General Managers to better the day-to-day operations of our restaurants         Internal controls, policies and procedures for operations         Work with our Culinary Director on Consistency of product          Understand the inner workings of our Patisserie and Gifting Services         Understand the inner workings of our Pastry Kitchen         Assist with the interview and hiring of Management candidates         Assist with Hourly staff hiring when needed         Responsible for Period End Wrap Up along with the Operations and Finance team         Working closely with GMs on Period Projections and Costs         Internal controls, policies and procedures for financial discipline and good financial practices      
   Leadership    
      Fully support our General Managers in their positions within the restaurants           Do it the Bottega Louie way by really understand who we are and our vision for the future           Support and grow all of our operating partners, providing on-the-job guidance as needed
