In fact, your experience in the field makes you a leader that people look to for advice while your people and storytelling skills mean you have no problem helping clients understand their choices.As a Manager, you have proven experience to design and lead our best teams to solve complex talent and learning transformational challenges.The work:- Use data and analytics to drive insights to shape experience led end to end Talent and Learning Transformation Programs for Digital, Cloud, Enterprise Wide and Support Functions- Manage project teams to use data collection and assessment tools for identifying future skills, capability gaps and resulting pathways at the organization and individual level- Manage project teams to craft talent strategies that leverage insights that highlight future skills implications for the enterprise, business function and workforce- Collaborate with Ecosystem Alliance Partners using AI and leading technologies to enrich insights on client internal, contingent, and gig talent pools- Work with clients and use data to identify future skill needs and adjacencies to define learning paths and strategies- Design learning and talent operating models and functions to achieve the benefits of digital capabilities- Co-create and support enterprise-wide, enduring, and personalized digital talent and learning strategies- Design Transformational Change programs to support the implementation of the new Talent and Learning Roadmap and initiatives- Lead authentically and with a people-first mindset that fosters inclusivity and celebrates diversity.
