The Commercial Marketing Manager on Postpay Consumer Voice team will be the forward-thinking business owner responsible for addressing customer needs and delivering business objectives through enhancing system capabilities.

This highly impactful role actively engages with cross-functional teams across the enterprise to deliver systems that balance internal processes with ultimate customer experience aligning to strategic goals.

At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States High School Diploma or GED LI-FC1 The experience you’ll bring: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, such as computing science, engineering, business, finance, economics 5 years of professional experience in analytical or technical role with marketing and/or Frontline products/tools/systems Concise business writing, exceptional negotiation and project management skills Experience in go-to-market process, and offer & promotion launches Meticulous attention to detail, yet also balance multiple workstreams with excellent prioritization skill and autonomy state in a fast-paced environment Business acumen to frame acute consumer insights into quantifiable business opportunities supported by high-level financial models for funding justification Ability to story-tell product and business objectives by integrating with system capabilities, frontline and customer experiences to audience spanning cross-functional organizations & seniority levels, including senior executives Proven effectiveness driving complex multi-stakeholder planning process, leading teams to deliver projects with desired business results, while applying keen judgement to manage business risks and returns in trade-offs Natural curiosity to explore and understand new technical knowledge across multiple systems & platforms, and their implications on frontline and customers experiences A sense of humor, humanity and team winning spirit What you’ll do in your role: Be a thought-leader conceiving marketing business requirements that fill system capability gaps to enable efficient offer and promotion launches across multiple stacks while creating a sustainable Frontline process to deliver high-quality customer-centric experiences Spearhead and maintain systems roadmap aligning to near
– and long-term marketing strategies in capital planning and funding process Partner with cross-functional teams
– including sales, customer care, technology, finance, performance analytics, etc.
