Vertical Client Solutions Manager

We are looking for an exceptional leader for the Vertical Client Solutions Manager role. This role will focus on driving revenue and advertiser satisfaction. Success in this position requires strong CSM leadership, consultative sales and analytical skills, a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.

This is an individual contributor position.

  • Partner with Heads of Industry to identify highest priority clients/initiatives to drive near-term revenue
  • On a day-to-day basis, work with Client Solutions Manager, Client Partners, and cross functional partners to complete client-facing work for identified high-priority clients and drive short-term, in-quarter incremental revenue (e.g., Sure-shots like increased utilization of newest solutions)
  • List of identified high priority clients to be updated every quarter
  • Execution of client-facing work might be a multi-quarter initiative
  • Leverage learnings from day-to-day work and scale across clients and verticals
  • Identify and action on client-facing revenue opportunities to grow the vertical business (e.g., Big-bet strategies aiming for increasing effectiveness of our current solutions)
  • 3+ years of experience in CSM role and driving impact on client engagement and revenue
  • Experience in actioning client-facing initiatives, with a track record of taking projects from opportunity to execution and results
  • Communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management
  • Experience influencing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
