This includes assisting with strategic planning, day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, financial management, and personnel management.EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:A minimum of five years experience in a supervisory or management role in a clinical laboratory or reference laboratoryExcellent communication verbal and written skills.EDUCATION:Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Medical Technology, or related scienceMaster’s degree preferredLICENSURES/CERTIFICATION:Current and Valid California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License preferredMust successfully complete and maintain LA City Fire Card certification at the time of hire or within the first 30 days of employmentDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (These are the essential job functions for this position.
