Purpose Of The Role
As a Transformation Project Management Consultant, you will work closely with client based cross-functional leaders to define and deliver critical initiatives to support their transformation programs including digital transformations, finance transformations, technology implementations, organizational restructures, or mergers/acquisitions and integrations.
You are someone who can thrive in an unstructured, collaborative environment and can distill complex problems into actionable work and help to drive projects to completion.
Your work will be complex and vary in both strategic focus and tactical execution.
You will be responsible for the successful performance and completion of large programs with the seamless transition to sustainability.

In this role, you work in partnership with stakeholders across multiple functional areas within RGP as an extension of the client team and manage all aspects of a program through its entire lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities Of The Role
- Lead on behalf of our clients the end-to-end program management of strategic, high-profile corporate programs in a cross-functional, time-sensitive environment.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and key business stakeholders serving as the core spokesperson for the program
- Articulate clear roles and responsibilities for transformation/change and drive accountability at all levels.
- Develop stakeholder engagement strategies towards ensuring effective engagement and overall success of assigned program or projects.
- Ensures all stakeholders are identified and included in in-scope definition activities, and understand the program schedule and key milestones.
- Ensure all areas of the program are appropriately staffed in line with approved financial budgets and timelines
- Manage milestones & timelines, identify dependencies, and deliver progress reports.
Routinely identify, assess, and develop mitigation plans for events that could impact the success of the program
- Communicate project progress by a variety of mediums: leading status meetings, email/collaboration suite communications, developing project presentations.
Ensure that information related to progress, and issues/risks are being communicated with the project teams, business owners, and sponsors.
- Enable best practices across program/project plans, logs, status reporting
- Identify project / program bottlenecks and proactively communicate and monitor resolutions
- Manage cross program timelines, dependencies, decisions, and constraints
- Manage project business case and budgets – including initial development of business cases, tracking related OKRs and ROI, budget estimation, tracking of actuals, and understanding variances.
Desired Experience And Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree is a plus
- Strong Program Management/Project Management skills and experience and effective ways to utilize appropriately (Agile delivery experience a plus)
- Experience in managing end-to-end transformation programs within large global organizations
- Leadership of multi-disciplinary global teams in a matrix and virtual environment, ensuring delivery though these teams at the highest standards.
- Knowledge of industry leading program/project management tools and packages
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail – ability to work with a large amount of content and ability to consolidate and simplify to drive clarity
- Collaborator with strong interpersonal skills that enable you to work cross-functionally in a diverse corporate environment and across geographies
- 10 plus years of program/project/portfolio management experience with responsibility for the overall performance and delivery of large cross-functional projects, including scoping, schedules, risks, issues and budgets
- Experience developing and maintaining standard project related artefacts
Colorado And Remote Only
- Pay Range: $80-$110
- Compensation is commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market and operational factors.
