Transaction Advisory Manager

Baker Tilly is currently seeking to add a Manager to its growing Transaction Advisory Practice in Tewksbury, MA.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate with customers to compile necessary documentation to complete quality of earnings reports;
• Summarize and analyze financial data provided by business owners, financial management, investors, and other parties.

• Develop, populate and review complex financial models;
• Perform in-depth client, industry, competitor and market research;
• Prepare quality of earnings reports for management review
• Communicate with business owners, financial management, investors, and other parties to ensure delivery of exceptional client service.

• Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues in the firm, other service lines and engagement/project teams.

Qualifications Successful candidates will meet the following requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, or business-related field preferred
• 5
– 7 years of relevant work experience
• CPA or CFA designation or candidacy a plus;
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, project management and communication skills required;
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills;
• Ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects while working under tight deadlines when necessary;
• Possess great interpersonal skills and building strong client relationships;
• Possess the ability to work independently as well as within a team;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint;
• Interest or experience with computer programming is a plus.
