Training Manager, Senior

Support the Government in planning, organizing, and evaluating teams’ training and professional development program for assigned personnel.

Support the Air Force and Space Force training program ensuring personnel receive initial, recurring and annual training as required.

Develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

Work without considerable direction, mentor and may supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in defense industry or government

2+ years of experience with Manpower Administration Management and Personnel Support

Experience in military Career Field Management

Experience with training design and delivery support

BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

Experience in Air Force or Space Force environments

Clearance:
