We are seeking several experienced Aesthetic Laser Sales Candidates who have a lot of energy and have been in a position where they are doing a lot of cold calling.

Position Overview

As a Territory Manager you will be working on a team and making a ton of cold calls to set up the appointments for the team leader to come in and close. This is calling on the Doctors Office and that means a few different specialties. In today’s market many physicians like the idea of having an added revenue stream for their business and this is what you will be offering them.

The Territory Managers make about a $55k base and total earnings at plan is expected to be $150k plus. The opportunity is uncapped and it’s all about how many appointments you are able to set up. Often recruiters will over sell the job but it’s really endless in terms of how good you are at filling your pipeline. The idea is that you then get promoted and have a higher base and higher commission rate so you are making closer to $200k. They do want to promote people up to the higher level until you have shown you are a hustler and have the skills to manage the entire sales process.

It’s not a job for everyone, but it is for someone who is motivated to make a lot of money and run through walls. It’s not for the candidates who are enamored by surgical sales and you will not get that experience in this job.

Responsibilities:

  • Exceed cold calling quota goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Demonstrate the ability to address each customer’s and partner’s unique inquiry, while providing them with the proper information and appropriate solution based on the customer’s specific needs and interests.
  • Develop business plans, which align to the assigned geographic and business needs.
  • Engage and work with business partners where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute marketing plans through/with end users and partners.
  • Follow-up on all leads supplied and ensure internal systems are updated.
  • Marshal and lead the appropriate technical resources to demonstrate their advantages to the customer.
  • Maintain the highest level of customer and partner satisfaction within the accounts in your territory.
  • Maintain a positive, professional ‘total customer service’ attitude and demonstrate the company’s Core Values.
  • Coordinate, plan, and schedule sales support functions with Technical Sales staff.
  • Demonstrate the ability to create and manage conversations at all business and technical levels of a client’s organization from their CEO to a Systems Administrator.

Skills:

  • HIGH ENERGY. COLD CALLING EXPERIENCE.
  • Can see someone as light as 1 year and up to 5ish years.
  • Really need someone who has life flexibility to grind it out and travel.
  • Need a hustler who is extremely money motivated and loves selling and does not have a lot of responsibilities at home.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience a Medical Device Environment.

Travel: Business travel of approximately 10 percent yearly is expected for this position.

Base Salary: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 (DOE)

On-Target-Earnings: $150,000.00 – $200,000.00 + Full Expenses + Full Benefits

Locations:

Position 1 – Los Angeles – Must be based anywhere in LA County (can?t be based in Long Beach), Territory runs from Torrance in the south all the way to San Luis Obispo to the north and Bakersfield out East

Position 2 – San Diego or THE OC – Must be based in Orange County (ideally), can also live in Northern San Diego County, Long Beach or West Riverside County, Territory includes Orange/Sand Diego/Riverside/Imperial (Palm Springs) Counties. Also includes Vegas and Hawaii, Rarely go to LV AND HI, mostly local travel

Position 3 – Denver – Territory is CO
