Bottega Louie Restaurant & Patisserie debuted in DTLA in 2009 and has since gained a legendary reputation as a world class patisserie and luxury Italian restaurant.

We recently opened our second location in West Hollywood and have opportunities for hospitality professionals to join our team.

We are looking for Janitorial Supervisor that embody the following:A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with a teamAttention to detail and willingness to maintain a clean and safe facilityProfessional appearance and the ability to consistently adhere to our attire standardsMust have a flexible schedule, available to work 30+ hours per week (for Full Time): days, nights and/or weekends.

Part Time is available as well!

Job Responsibilities:Treat every partner and vendor with respect and dignityFollow directions given by manager, design team and Chef.Clean, organize, sweep, dust and mop the kitchen, bars and service areas.Handle all company property with extreme care (fixtures, dishware and service items are very fragile)Complete daily and detailed cleaning checklistsPerform other job-related activities as required or assigned Qualified Janitorial Supervisor must be engaging, detail oriented, and have a team-based mentality.
