Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
* Actively prospect for new customers and grow existing territory to exceed territory sales
objectives.
* Develop and Manage territory routing and zoning schedule through proper utilization of call plan.
* Cultivate and maintain relationships with office staff, hygienists and doctors building trust and
credibility, focus on customer needs and follow up to grow existing and new accounts.
* Schedule Lunch and Learn meetings, study groups, hygiene functions as needed to align with
budget
* Ensure proper communication within the Team, including participation in Regional and National
conference calls and meetings.
* Utilize company resources to optimize the customer experience and provide ongoing promotion
of Izun products.
Other Responsibilities:
* Ensure the effective fulfillment of objectives and assigned deadlines..
* Attend and participate in meetings including training, conventions and Regional/National sales
meetings
.
* Complete and submit all routine reports to manager in a timely manner, including expense
reports, monthly itinerary, time out of the field and other reports as requested.
Qualifications:
* Strong prospecting/closing skills
* Proven record of sales achievements
* Must have strong organizational and follow up skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills. Can balance strong ability to nurture accounts
with a desire to seek out opportunities.
* Strong multi-tasking as well as problem solving skills
* Ability and comfort having business discussion (ROI, margins, marketing) and asking the right
business questions.
Education:
* BS or BA preferred and/or equivalent experience
* Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
