Who You Are:

The Territory Business Manager (TBM) will be the front-line for electroCore in headache centers, key institutions, and with other key healthcare provider (HCP) offices. He/she will be a business and clinical expert who discusses relevant and approved product information with key customers within his/her assigned territory. This medical device sales opportunity is a heavy cold calling position. You must have a “hunter” mentality and be comfortable with daily in-field prospecting.

The TBM must be vibrant, energetic, and have a passion for success; success for the patients, healthcare providers, and electroCore. He/she must be a high-impact achiever who enjoy taking initiative, driving for results, and cultivating partnerships in new and challenging environments.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Effectively navigate accounts (headache centers, key institutions, and group practices) to drive optimal results
  • Implement total account calls including HCPs and decision makers within accounts
  • Discover and address account needs with the most advantageous solutions
  • Cultivate Influential Partnerships by developing meaningful relationships based on electroCore’s values and strategic initiatives that positively impact all customers (internal and external).
  • Drive for Results by setting high goals; monitoring progress toward goals; tenaciously working to meet/exceed goals
  • High-Impact Achiever who exudes quality at all levels: demonstrates self-awareness of strengths and areas for development, drives the creation of opportunities and possibilities

What You Bring:

·      Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience

·      4 (Four)+ years of outside sales experience

·      Ability to influence and credibility to engage internal and external customers

·      High degree of emotional intelligence with ability to connect with people and build strong relationships, internally and externally

·      Ability to travel overnight when needed, 50+%
