Overview

Support in implementing the Aerial Methane Mapping (AMM) program system wide

Responsibilities

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review program financials monthly (analyze monthly variance reports & verify labor hours reports) and revise budget forecasts as needed
  • Q/C data and develop reports
  • Work with multiple departments/cross functional teams to get project updates
  • Manage vendor partners and track their progress
  • Flight operations planning support
  • Work on developing process flow charts
  • Methane emissions reduction calculations as needed
  • Support in implementation of the Aerial Methane Mapping
  • Review and revise budget forecasts as needed
  • Manage and track the progress of vendor partners
  • Develop reports as needed
  • Develop flow charts
  • Calculate methane emissions reduction as needed

Qualifications

Education

  • B.S.

    in Engineering, Business Management or equivalent field; equivalent experience with customer approval.

  • PMP or other Program Management certifications, training and/or demonstrated experience.
  • Advanced degree in Business or Engineering, preferred.

Experience Required

  • Minimum of 5-15 years of demonstrated project management.
  • Ability to manage deliverables at all levels of the business structure from entry level to executive level management.
  • Exemplary analytical cost management/cost control expertise including financial modeling, utilization of costing tools; SAP, Excel, and GAACP.
  • Regulated utility exposure.
  • Proven aptitude and demonstrated experience for high volume, complex projects and program management.

Preferred:

  • Capability of exercising discretion and independent judgment in the application of systems analysis techniques and procedures.
  • Ability to manage deliverables at all levels of the organization, managing multiple simultaneous teams and deliverables.
