We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with platform/infrastructure domain experience to drive high-impact cross-functional next-generation production solutions that scale for the growing business needs. This role requires strong collaboration with product managers, data science engineering, business stakeholders, peer technical program managers, and senior leadership to execute, track, and deliver high-impact strategic programs in the Studio space.

Responsibilities
- Lead multiple cross-functional programs, in collaboration with product, engineering, design, and data science, that deliver technical solutions.
- Influence without authority and manage a large scope of initiatives and deliverables.
- Provide deep domain expertise to form technical strategies with engineering partners.
- Drive engagement with internal partners, work to decompose requirements into technical execution plans with measurable milestones, effectively optimize scope and schedule, manage cross-functional dependencies, and proactively manage risks.
- Craft clear communication of the big picture, challenges, progress toward goals and report status to stakeholders and leadership.

- You have 10+ years of technical program management experience driving large scale software projects/programs with engineering and product teams.
- You have proven experience driving large-scale software projects, managing the definition of technical strategies, and building long-term scalable solutions.
- You have a deep understanding and point of view on product growth and discovery solutions.
- You are highly skilled, and experienced, and enjoy orchestrating multiple programs with many moving parts and creating partnerships with cross-functional teams.
- You are able to identify gaps in solutions, debate technical approaches, and weigh in on product vs. technology tradeoffs.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate the business impact and technical constraints tailored to the audience.
- You are a self-starter who enjoys tackling 0 to 1 problem spaces and quickly bringing organization and direction.
- You can exemplify the Netflix culture by understanding, advocating, and demonstrating its values.
- You truly believe that diversity is key to a team’s health and success.

- You have application security domain experience – awareness of AuthN and AuthZ constructs.
Our organization has a distributed team across the US. We are considering both candidates who are willing to relocate to Los Gatos, California, and Los Angeles, California (with occasional travel to other offices).
