The Role

Jellysmack is seeking a Creator Sales Manager to join our growing team.

S/he will play a key role in expanding and executing Jellysmacks Creator Program.

S/he will work strategically to source, facilitate, and broker deals with new partners as well as aid in executing all other account management duties to ensure a successful partnership.

This person will be based in our Los Angeles office, working closely with the partnerships and content teams to accelerate the growth and success of current and new partnerships.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, able to take on and learn new challenges, and can generate creative solutions to obstacles that may arise.

S/he should have a passion for business development, in-depth knowledge of the digital creator space, and a love for video of all genres.

S/he will report to the Director of Creator Partnerships.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

* In-depth knowledge of the digital creator space, outreach, and recruit top-tier partners aligned with the companys goals
* Negotiate partnership agreements with creators and representatives
* Cultivate strong relationships with creators and representatives across the digital ecosystem
* Maintain effective communication with partners and finding timely solutions to resolve issues and challenges
* Manage all key reporting metrics in a timely and meticulous fashion

Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree
* 2-4 years of experience in partner recruitment, entertainment, development, or management
* Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
* Passion for the digital ecosystem and familiarity with top-tier influencers
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to think critically and execute tasks accurately and efficiently
* Highly detailed, organized, and planning-oriented, with exceptional follow-through, initiative, and time management skills
* Ability to be independent, self-motivated, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Existing relationships with digital talent is a plus

This is a United States based position.

Due to the global nature of the role, we are looking for an individual who has a high interest in both domestic and international travel, as well as the willingness and ability to flex their schedule to operate on regional/local time zones and schedules to accomplish their tasks.

In order to make sure you get the best working environment, you will get a $300 / EUR 250 allowance to get set up.
