Talent Acquisition Program Manager

Under the direction of the Director of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Program Manager, manages recruitment processes/strategies, identifies and resolves issues, and connects with leadership to remove barriers in daily operations.
Job Responsibilities/Duties
Manage the contract management and invoicing process. Will identify new technology needed, research and present new vendors, escalate delays and critical obstacles to leadership, and resolves issues to resolution.
Manage all daily recruitment operational processes including but not limited to the quality of pre-hire applicants through the applicant assessment and reference assessment, identifying, investigating, and following up on issues related to quality of hire. Tracks and monitors quality of hires and other operational metrics. Leads recruiters to resolve daily operational issues and remove obstacles by providing guidance to recruiter and manager, partnering with HRBPs, and HR Operations. Monitors recruiter productivity and provides coaching to improve performance.
Manage the College and University Recruitment Program and Social Media Strategies. Builds relationships, maintains consistent communications. Manages social media strategies in CareerArc and other media. Manages sourcing productivity, coaching recruiters to increase capacity.
Manage the PAF process daily, escalating issues to senior leaders and resolving issues to maintain PAF process integrity and accuracy.
Serves as backup for vacant recruiter positions, recruiters on PTO, in absence of the Director of TA. Recruits for HR positions and difficult to fill positions as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience required.
Minimum Experience: Two (2) years of management or program management experience required. Five (5) years of experience in a recruiter role required. Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint to manage data, track/monitor, and create presentations. Two (2) years of experience in a healthcare environment required. Two (2) years experience using or coordinating social media, college, and university strategies required. One (1) year of experience using Microsoft Publisher preferred. Two (2) years of hospital experience preferred.
