Profile
- Must have knowledge of contracts, sub contract documents, drawings and specifications, schedules, labor agreements, and local codes
- Must have 5+ years of experience as a superintendent
- Overseeing change orders and making decisions regarding scheduling and logistics
- Managing OSHA safety systems and training
- Experience with Multi-Family Construction
