WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Ayzenberg is looking for a dynamic Strategy Director who can proactively translate business problems into insightful strategic directions that inspire great creative work.

The ideal candidate is passionate about gaming and technology; a skilled presenter who thrives in a pitch environment, and has a proven expertise in translating brand values, business needs and consumer insights into actionable creative strategies in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

The candidate will report directly to the VP of Strategy and partner across Ayzenberg departments, including: Creative, Account, Analytics, Media, and Influencer.

Unlimited PTO and paid holidays Fully remote / WFH options A supportive, fun, and respectful team environment WHAT YOU’LL (IDEALLY) BRING TO THE TABLE: 8+ years agency experience working across brand and integrated marketing campaigns; gaming experience a plus Identify cut-through industry, competitor, consumer, and cultural insights that highlight opportunities for clients’ business Demonstrated talent for abstract thinking and spotting trends and patterns; an innate curiosity and insight into human behavior; an instinct for popular culture; and a nuanced understanding of creative work Familiar with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and working knowledge of when and how to apply them Experienced with a broad range of approaches for building brands and campaigns including advertising, social media, CRM, search, innovation, experience, and influencer Can be a consultative strategic partner to senior-level clients on all facets of their business Excellent presenter and facilitator, adept at leading both internal and client meetings and presentations Proven record of leading creative teams from briefing, conception and into production Experienced with leading and driving strategy for new business pitches, including narrative and presentation development Loves formulating and crafting an informed POV, and possesses an open mind to hear the inputs and opinions of others Ability to work proactively and independently, outside the confines of a ‘traditional’ agency role Experience with social and research tools such as GWI, MRI-Simmons, and Canvas8 a plus So, if you’ve read this far and have that butterflies in your stomach feeling, send us your resume, we’d love to hear from you.
