Centric Brands: Marketing And Account Manager – Amazon

Specific Responsibilities:Serve as the key point of contact for Amazon business lead: run, review and analyze weekly/monthly/quarterly/seasonal business performance vs.

Key performance indicatorsAnalyze a wide range of performance metrics and KPI’s from multiple sources and teams to optimize sales and profitability across wholesale e-commerce partners.Make succinct and actionable data-led recommendations and influence buy-in on recommendations and strategies across the organizationIdentify, action and/or provide advice on how to improve business metrics that drive growth and profitability for ecommerce partner salesIdentify, coordinate and engage teams to take action on best practices across total ecommerce partner sites and owned sites (where applicable)Run and analyze in season business performance for total ecommerce partner sites both domestically and internationally.

Identify gaps to long range plans and vocalize issues and actions to mitigateMonitor and manage on site presentation standards to support brand consistency.Partner with Sales & Planning counterparts to strategize the financial targets of the e-commerce businessesOperationalize opportunities amongst brands regarding shipping, orders, logistics, identifying ATS (available to ship) items.

Trouble shoot and communicate high level opportunities to brand presidents and ensure action taken to maximize sales.Strategically drive promotions across brands to optimize total sales for brands, minimize bidding competition amongst internal brands and coordinate with marketing partnersOptimize digital performance marketing to maximize revenue Experience managing digital performance advertising campaigns for ecommerce including sponsored / paid performance a plus.

Coordinate efforts for sponsored products including budget recommendations, ROIs, analysis, recommendations, featured products etc.Manage advertising campaigns and strategies with external media agency (Amazon specific)Build strong relationships with Partners and peers; be a trusted advisor and the single Point of contact for their issues, questions, requests, escalations, and concerns.Champion data driven decision making across total companySkills and Requirements:7+ years experience deep familiarity with wholesale retail, digital marketing & ecommerceAmazon and Vendor Central experience is requiredDeep analytical and quantitative skills with an emphasis on identifying actionable insightsStrategic thinker, big picture, enterprise mindsetStrong written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detailHigh aptitude for problem solvingHighly collaborative and influentialEffectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.High level of operational excellenceDemonstrates a high level of ownership and the ability to deal with ambiguity.Advanced Excel proficiencyExcellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skillsetAbility to take initiative and ownership for the businessStrong strategic planning skillsAbility to multi-task and work/partner with multiple departments at all levelsCentric Brands is an equal opportunity employer#LI-JE1#IND-C
