The role: The Store Manager represents and grows our prestigious line.

The Store Manager and their team are the ambassadors of the brands uniqueness.

They will ensure the team delivers the best Clarins experience to each customer and achieves both collective and individual targets.

The Store Manager is responsible for the boutique P&L, proper operation and achieving on specific quantitative and qualitative targets.

What youll do: By fulfilling the main mission of this role, you will contribute to all of the 5 pillars of strategy: people-centric, brand-builder, consumer-obsessed, digitally minded, and committed to responsible beauty.

TEAM MANAGEMENT: Ensure that the team constantly delivers: Great Clarins customer experience through the client experience.

Collective and individual targets.

All customer recruitment and loyalty activities.

Visual merchandising guidelines (point of sale area tidiness and visual merchandising elements are always updated).

Determine team schedule (timing and vacation) to ensure full coverage and maximize peak hour and seasonality.

Set the monthly sell out per line and occupancy rate targets.

Motivate and support the team to achieve the monthly targets.

Recruit staff and anticipate recruitment needs.

Conduct performance (assessment and goal setting), career and salary management, in line with training and HR guidelines.

Responsible for each team members constant skills development through individual coaching and motivation initiatives.

Foster a caring team building spirit aligned with the Clarins values.

LEAD BY EXAMPLE DELIVERING GREAT GUEST EXPERIENCE AS PER CLARINS CLIENT EXPERIENCE: Execute all aspects of Clarins Client Experience to offer the best experience to customers.

Link sell between products and treatments.

Give home care advice based on customer needs and concerns.

Drive customers in any Clarins channels (in-store, digital and e-commerce).

Apply the required grooming standards (hair, uniform, nails, and make-up look).

Convey the brand image uniqueness and expertise by showing professional image and positive attitudes in line with the client experience.

Apply the required merchandising and trade guidelines in the point of sale.

BUSINESS MANAGEMENT Build with marketing the trade and retailtainment plan and ensure its execution (existing store animations, gatherings, workshops, wellness events, promotional operations).

Guarantee their PR coverage.

Share the annual, monthly, weekly, daily objectives and sales targets collectively and with each member of the team.

Submit and analyze monthly sales report along with relevant action plans.

Build strong relations with mall management.

P&L MANAGEMENT Conduct monthly inventories and manage stock levels.

Manage and submit cash flow balance.

You have: 10 years of retail experience, including:
– A minimum of 7 years as sales staff
– A minimum of 3 years managing a team Bi-lingual a plus Experience in skin care and make-up application Able to deliver high level of customer experience.

Results oriented by being committed to meet individual and team targets.

Experience in managing a team to achieve monthly, weekly and daily sales targets.

At ease with numbers.

Exhibits good communication and interpersonal skills; expresses him/herself in a respectful and professional manner.

Has strong team player skills.

Demonstrates positive attitude; open to feedback and suggestions for improving quality of work.

Works with integrity; can be trusted to act in accordance with the Clarins values.
