Famed Italian Sandwich Shop All’Antico Vinaio is opening it’s first location in California and is looking for a Store Manager. Responsibilities include, managing the service team, creating schedules, implementing merchandising and sales initiatives, and ensuring superb customer service in every customer interaction. You work with the Director of Operations and Development to determine the shops needs and goals, and submit orders to vendors for a variety of different product. This position requires prior management experience in a quick-serve environment (experience with sandwiches a major plus), and our ideal candidate has strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, in addition to proven experience leading and supervising other workers. A Food Handlers card is a major plus as well.
