Role: The Bronxton Store Manager provides leadership to drive store sales and profits- personally, and through each individual team member. The store manager Leads the team by example, Drives top sales, Provides the best customer experience, Coaches for top performance, Executes and leads merchandising initiatives, Maintains operational excellence.

Customer Experience

· Maintain and build strong customer relations

· Build a team culture of “shopping with your friends” for all customers

Sales Accountability & Sales Management

· Meets minimum standards of store and personal performance consistently

· Accurately completes Daily Performance Summary at the end of each shift

· Assists in recruiting, hiring and training new employees

· Provides daily feedback to associates through in-the-moment coaching and setting weekly gameplans

· Ensure each sales associate meets minimum standards of performance consistently

· Ensure each sales associate accurately and promptly completes Daily Performance Summary at the end of each shift and Store Quarterly Minimums Summary at the end of each week

Hiring and Performance Management

· Lead an ongoing recruiting program that fosters and environment of, “Always looking for great people.”

· Lead the interviewing and hiring process, in partnership with ASM

· Knowledgeable of equal opportunity employment and using these guidelines to hire and train a top performing team

· On board new hires effectively; utilize job descriptions and training schedules to ensure each sales associate is fully trained in the areas of product knowledge, operations and selling skills

· Develop each sales associate to have the capability to reach minimum standards of performance through weekly coaching meetings, daily feedback, and annual performance reviews

· Drive talent development strategy; know current talent and prepare talent for advancement and growth

· Provide ongoing training as needed in the areas of product knowledge, selling skills, and operations

· Delivery of ongoing coaching through feedback to ensure customer and operational standards are maintained

· Provides consistent execution of all elements of performance management

· Maintains a high level of clear communication with new-hire candidates, management team, fashion advisors, and district manager.

· Ensure timely follow up with internal and external customers

· Ensure sales team is informed of promotions, events, and all new merchandise

Operations Management

· Work with DM to plan, organize, and supervise physical inventory process

· Display merchandise and marketing materials in accordance with Bronxton merchandising standards.

· Build sales team schedules and post 14 days in advance

· Verify price changes

· Communicate current market trends and competitor’s activities to upper management

· Provide product knowledge, features, and benefits to all customers when presenting merchandise

· Perform Point of Sale functions accurately

· Ensure accurate inventory levels through 100% auditing of every shipment received

· Work with associates to maintain all common staff areas (ie. break rooms and training areas) to make sure they are inviting in appearance.

Bank deposits and record keeping

· Maintains and balances inventory records on a computerized point-of-sale system

· Reviews and audits the handling of money to ensure integrity in the exchange and deposits

· Ensures banking deposits are made twice weekly by SM or ASM in to the Bronxton bank account as indicated by HQ. Verifies accuracy of deposit amounts compared to closing paperwork.
Qualifications and Job Requirements: Qualifications:
· 18 years or older

· Approved background check

· Passionate about providing an extraordinary customer experience and lead others to do the same

· Able to work retail hours; varied and flexible schedule including nights and weekends

· Experience in retail management and fashion retail

· Lead by example as a top sales performer, while coaching underperformers

· Open availability, including weekends and holidays.

· Full time availability during company blackout days for holidays; November 15- December 26th, the week before Easter, and August Back to School Season.

· Weekly hours must meet a minimum of 40 hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
