Job Description:

We are looking for an on-site Director of Digital Marketing, who will leverage data, technology, social media, strategy, digital partners, and other resources across our brands to achieve our business growth goals, and drive customer acquisition.

You will be responsible for building a customer-centric strategy, improve process efficiency, identify needs and new opportunities to increase brand awareness and performance.

You will be an SEO, SEM, and paid media expert who has a successful track record in improving digital results and website conversions.

In this role, you must be a hands-on operator.

You are a tech-savvy trendsetter who is data-driven and has innovative marketing strategies to effectively connect our brands with our online customers, and ensure brand consistency

ON-SITE Director of Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute digital advertising including paid media Adwords campaigns, programmatic display, retargeting, PLA, Social media/paid, mobile advertising, native advertising; performance optimization using scientific experimentation, test, and control fundamentals, data analysis, attribution models, optimization of multi-touch advertising models.

Providing leadership in identifying target audiences, devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate purchase.

Support planning, execution, and media programs such as Facebook advertising, Retargeting, and behavioral targeting.

Must be able to be the right hand to the VP of Ecomm Establish best practices in digital marketing across functions like SEO, Performance marketing, digital content, and UX/UI Drive more engagement New technologies and strategies to continue growth

· Liaise with Sales and Design to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency

· Own and direct all facets of paid media, research and testing, production, media planning and buying, and agency management, and budget management to support all brands individual lines of business
Identify trends, opportunities, changes, and insights to optimize spend and performance

· Manage and own all digital marketing metrics for all digital advertising: develop and institute a methodology and scorecard to consistently track and report performance
Measure and report performance weekly including all digital marketing campaigns, and report against goals (ROI and KPIs)

· Drive Strategy for both short-term and long
– term objectives, as well as revenue and brand-building objectives

· Accountable for creating an ROI positive system for acquiring new clients via advertising (on an LTV basis)

· Manage budgets, strategy, and execution for the above campaigns and channels

· Ensure the brands hit monthly and yearly acquisition targets while keeping within ROI goals

· Develop segmentation strategies
Collaborate cross-functionally both internally and with agencies and other vendor partners successfully building consensus and cross-functional collaborations Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies.

Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree 5 years of relevant experience in customer acquisition, performance retention, and customer growth marketing Ability to pivot responsibly as needed Must be a hands-on operator, willing to do the work as needed Familiarity with both paid and organic channels and a variety of growth tactics Be performance-driven, deeply analytical, comfortable deriving insights and making decisions based on data Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced results-driven environment Must be experienced managing budgets Experience working with Microsoft Excel, Shopify, Klaviyo, & Google Analytics
