Project managers at Zehner are a hybrid of account managers and project managers, helping to manage not only the project deliverables but the daily relationship with the client and client stakeholders.While we have clustered teams in Los Angeles and Vancouver, we also support remote, distributed team members.A successful project manager has these qualities:* Great communicator and facilitator* Detailed-oriented and results-oriented* Able to balance managing a project budget without stressing out their team* Prioritizes impact and problem-solving over hours* Thrives on facilitating efficient, effective collaboration and communication* lLves cultivating trusted, productive relationships with clients and colleagues* Understands boundaries and roles, and how to delegate and facilitate without doing everything yourself* Able to tailor the right communication strategy for the audience* Committed to optimizing the project team experience as well as the client experience and deliverableResponsibilities* Assist in managing new builds, re-platforming projects, and/or retainer projects* Providing guidance to Project Managers and Associate Project Managers* Assist in leading cross-functional team in day-to-day activities* Forecast timelines and project delivery dates and communicating these internally and updating in real-time* Plan and assign work across Designer and Development teams* Help deliver time estimates for Design and Development work and requests quickly; set timelines for teams to follow based on client priorities and timelines* Assist in managing team profitability through efficient resource allocation and setting proper goals* Coordinate with 3rd party vendors* Create and maintain process and website documentation* Manage UAT / QA phaseRequirements* BA or BS degree or higher* 5+ Years Project Management Experience* 2+ Years Ecommerce experience in either Project Management or Strategy role* Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills* Ability to assist in estimation, story slicing, retrospective, and other Agile techniques* Deep understanding of the purpose of each Scrum event: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective* Strong organizational and client management skills* Ability to productively converse with business stakeholders and engineers alike* This position is currently remote but Southern California based is preferredPreferred Qualifications* Prior Digital Agency experience* Ecommerce landscape, knowledge, education* Cross-Platform Technology experience* Google Analytics Experience* This position is currently remote but Southern California or Vancouver-based is preferredAbout ZEHNERBased in Los Angeles, Zehner is a full-service eCommerce digital agency.
