Accellix: Manager/Sr. Manager Global Marketing

Manager/Sr.

Manager Global Marketing will be responsible for helping to position Accellix externally with both Key Opinion Leaders and Key Customers in the Cell Therapy Market.

The position will work in close partnership with cross-functional partners in order to support the execution of a robust key customer strategy globally.

This will be supporting both current and future customers for existing and new products launched to the market globally.

The ideal candidate should have a solid life-sciences marketing background and work experience managing a variety of new product introductions, campaigns, and have experience in both non-personal and personal marketing techniques.

It is expected that this individual will play a significant role shaping the companys strategic planning and customer engagement capabilities for planned commercial product launches.

Manager, Global Marketing articulates the customer-facing messaging and outlines all marketing efforts to achieve this goal through multiple channels, including web content, webinars, emails & social, advertising, public relations and tradeshows.

The Manager/Sr.

Manager, Global Marketing also aligns field teams with current messaging and expertise through team training and tight communication.Key Accountabilities Take a leadership role and accountability for success through aligning teams around common goals which includes both external and internal customers and business partners Develop and create campaign strategies with customer facing materials and content and provide real time customer insights Develop and manage a formalized communication process to bring thought leader insights and key learnings back into the extended Accellix Sales and Marketing team Manage partner agency and vendor relationships, workflow, and related expense budgets Set and lead the marketing engagements for all key conferences, events, and executive leadership encounters Anticipate and address local sales and distributor marketing needs through consistent interaction, travel when able, and trainings Develop a robust thought leadership strategy including influence mapping, coordination of activities, and insight generation through advisory boards Possess strong leadership, business acumen, and ability to manage multiple priorities, processes, timelines, and expectations of multiple stakeholder groupsQualifications Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders Ability to strategically develop and gauge feasibility, impact and risks of programs Experience working in a regulated healthcare environment Possess a high degree of integrity and professionalismMinimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, PhD or MBA preferred 5 years of diagnostic/device and/or pharmaceutical experience in one or more of the following areas: marketing, and/or project management Oncology experience preferred Home office and/or field sales experience preferred Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills
