This position develops a pipeline of diverse, quality candidates by networking, cold calling, and relationship building within professional organizations and direct sourcing/screening for assigned client groups.

The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Business Partner will work in high-profile positions or hard-to-fill positions that require sophisticated recruiting techniques.

What you will do: Manage a full life cycle recruiting process to ensure a rigorous selection process.

This includes sourcing, prequalifying candidates, account management and partnership with other functional area partners and business lines, and facilitation of interview process to place qualified and motivated candidates.

Work with executives and managers in functional business areas, presenting best qualified candidates that meet job requirements.

Support clients by understanding business context and needs, providing consulting, and implementing talent solutions to meet business goals.

Relationship management includes advisement, coaching, influencing, and training related to staffing.

Drive the process through to completion with a sense of urgency.

Clearly communicate market to influence timelines and set realistic expectations.

Source high quality prospects against niche, hard-to-find profiles or specific requisitions using sophisticated recruiting techniques such as cold-calling, direct sourcing, competitive research, and networking at professional events, and using other recruiting and sourcing techniques.

Develop strategic recruiting plans which may include presentation and/or influencing staffing/workforce plan decisions by the functional business line.

Participates in client/business growth strategies and overall succession planning/people strategies.

Development of short and long-term recruiting vision and must have a clear understanding of business to execute on a strategic strategy to meet business goals.

Thus, building credibility with partners and most importantly the functional business line.

Uses effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form, and timeliness.

Establish, cultivate, and maintain ongoing relationships with functional business line leaders/managers and partners.

Anticipate hiring manager preferences.

Develop, implement, and execute proactive sourcing strategies by understanding and identifying the trends and gaps in crucial talent pools.

Leverage market intelligence to target passive/active candidates through internet sourcing, resume mining, targeting special interest groups, competitive intelligence, key industries, and companies.

Leverage professional network to gain industry information on current talent landscape.

Partner with the TA Programs team to identify and engage sources for recruiting, such as job fairs, gorilla marketing, college/university, media, etc.

Building and maintaining reports on activities and progress.

This can be utilized as an influencing tool to change a process for positive movement forward.

Whether this be req specific or a general process improvement related to staffing for the business line or a TA process improvement.

What we will need you to bring….

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Extensive latitude for independent judgment.

Work without supervision on highly complex projects High Volume and Professional Recruiting, AIRs Certified and/or PHR Proven skills in client relationship building, proven influencing skills, critical thinking, and verbal/written communications required.

Ability to analyze and plan for long-term talent implications within the market/industry.

Leads the staffing process for complex hiring profiles, highly influential with clients.

Experience with working with Sr.

Business Leaders Expertise in advanced networking, candidate generation, and Internet sourcing methodologies required Strategic thinking and innovative sourcing channel experience.

Ability to build effective sourcing strategies from sometimes abstract client meetings.

Ability to present, train, influence, and negotiate.

Presentation skills must be for an executive or professional level audience.

Ability and proven experience in negotiating difficult offers.

Develop business cases and influence decisions while creating and maintaining strategic alliances.

Must be able to quickly understand, assimilate technical, job information, and build solutions to the optimal balance of meeting business needs, beating competitors, and operating within financial resource constraints.

Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions on a national, multi-location level.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

Must have experience working with an Applicant Tracking System Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and flexible in adapting and responding to changing situations Ability to work independently, strong effective team player; commitment to results; outstanding service orientation, solutions oriented; superior organizational skills, ability to multi-task, sense of urgency; high-level of personal integrity Must be able to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible.
