Though we are headquartered in Los Angeles, we are open to hiring remotely for this role, within the United States.

To support our exciting growth at Flowspace, we are seeking a revenue expert to drive product strategy and execution while translating customer needs and opportunities into a growth, leads, and revenue generation.

This role is designed to help us drive monetization initiatives around retention and expansion.

You will deeply understand the levers that drive customers to expand or churn, and craft strategies and experiments to simplify billing and improve revenue outcomes.

You will also be involved in new product idea design to ensure additions / implementations are geared towards growth, and product optimization.

Your frequent partners will be Finance, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing.

What You’ll Do:

  • As part of our product management team you will continually develop our product by understanding our users and the problems we need to solve for them.
  • You’ll take an active approach to finance transformation, pushing the team to work backwards from our customers and build/integrate tools to make them more efficient, and continually re-evaluate the business grows.
  • You will own, maintain, and evolve the product areas of Pricing , Billing (order flow, business logic & billing settings, underlying billing infrastructure and payment systems), Churn prevention , systems and tools for Invoicing, VAT and revenue reporting.

  • Create, and manage overall revenue metrics, account retention, churn, expansion revenue, and reactivation.
  • Work with Engineering and Finance to ensure product reliability and scalability, ensuring engineering buy-in for strategy and projects, and prioritization.
  • Support and work in tandem with talented product designers, managers, and engineers through decisions, and processes, in a way that creates value for both our users and our business.
  • Build long-term fee strategies for all marketplace categories and products. 
  • Bring forward product-elevating ideas to further our teams and company to inspire continuous growth (even if it challenges the status-quo).
  • Work closely with Business Development, to share and further learn about market trends, competitive data, product technology enhancements, etc.
  • Leverage data to present complex analytical findings in clear business terms across various levels within the business.
  • Be an internal subject matter expert on our billing and payments services.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of applicable experience, particularly within product, and understanding how to use our technology towards revenue targets
  • Experience with ERPs such as Sage, NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP
  • Experience with financials knowledge and analytics (i.e.

    reporting, billing, tracking revenue, billing systems, specifically within SaaS)

  • Experience making revenue systems smart for business growth
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge in business finance
  • Demonstrated experience with knowing how to scale the product, towards an increase in sales, partnerships, and overall revenue growth
  • Experienced and effective decision maker, taking into account an equal balance of product experience, but also how the product will drive revenue.

  • 20% travel
  • Must be able to work successfully with a variety of virtual technologies, (i.e.

    Zoom, Slack), and utilize day to day office programs, via use of a computer / laptop.
