Sr. Manager, Real Estate

Job DescriptionSummaryThe Real Estate Manager is accountable for all aspects of physical growth, portfolio optimization, and occupancy cost management in the managers assigned geographic territory.

The Manager will develop strategies in conjunction with the companys long-term growth plan through collaboration with Store Operations, Transportation, Store Planning and Design, Construction, Lease Administration, Asset Management, Real Estate Research, and Legal to optimize the store deployment for Advance Auto Parts and CarQuest.

The Manager will work with property owners, developers, brokers, municipalities, and all internal teams to implement the strategies in the assigned markets.
