As Company’s Sr. Director, Global Partnerships, you will be responsible for leading and growing Company’s global partner program. In this role, you will own the full spectrum of Partner management from the high-level strategic direction to the execution of the program. You will use your knowledge of the large advisory services firms and US and European ServiceNow partner ecosystem to expand our relationships with these key sales and services delivery partners. As a Sr. Director of Global Partnerships, your role will include: Leading strategy, design, and execution of key strategic initiatives for the Global Partner strategy Evaluating existing partnerships for viability and opportunitities to standardize across the global system Leading and managing global partner sales and enablement teams Co-developing Connected Workplace go-to-market strategy with partner selling teams Determining, refining, and executing strategic partner selling strategies, grow pipeline and win deals Serving as executive sponsor, primary senior POC and leadership resource for key partners Positioning Company as extension of partners existing ServiceNow practice This role could be a fit for you if you bring: 7 years experience in building and developing global partner teams A track record of achieving partner-sourced sales targets globally B2B enterprise software experience Experience in nurturing and optimizing a strategic partner ecosystem Experience working large, complex partner driven new deal opportunities Bonus points for: Experience managing partners in the ServiceNow ecosystem Previous experience leading a direct Sales team Partner management experience in EMEA
