Description: DescriptionThe San Vicente Bungalows are looking for an extraordinary Maintenance Technician to join its team.
This is an entry level part-time position of approximately 16 24 hours per week with the potential for more hours in the future.
Must be available on weekends.
The ideal candidate for this position has great stamina and attention to detail and the drive to learn and grow.
Other Duties and and Responsibilities:-Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify problems and necessary maintenance.-Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures.-Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.-Manage heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality.-Plan and schedule repairs.-Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.-Perform general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, and carpentry.-Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies.-Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.-Conduct preventative maintenance work.-Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work.-Conduct safety inspections as scheduled.-Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time.-The ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Chief Engineer and General Manager.*EXPEDITE YOUR APPLICATION by completing the following aptitude test by WONSCORE.https://apply.Wonscore.Io/3UD2QK/San-Vicente-Bungalows No-850PM20.
