Sr. Director, eCommerce & DTC, FIJI Water

Focusing on some of the most recognized and pioneering consumer brands, The Wonderful Company’s Senior Director, eCommerce will develop and direct the online and digital strategy for our water and wine brands – Fiji Water and JUSTIN, Landmark, and JNSQ wines.

This eCommerce leader will have the opportunity to drive one of the fastest growing and most dynamic segments of our business.

The successful candidate will be highly entrepreneurial, thrive on collaboration, and possess a holistic and deep understanding of what it takes to build a profitable eCommerce business and deliver an amazing customer experience.

The Wonderful Purpose:
Lead overall strategy and execution for the eCommerce, direct to consumer, digital marketing, subscription and sales plans Maximize current tactics and unlock new opportunities to drive profitable growth Utilize optimization methods to refine the online user experience and drive revenue and profitability Set and achieve key financial KPI’s, reporting on revenue, volume and profitability Increase customer lifetime value and contribution using customer data, predictive analytics, and other tactics Oversee Customer Service engagement pre-purchase, in-purchase and post-purchase Coordinate with external 3PL partner to achieve on-time delivery metrics in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.

Direct integrated campaigns that will deliver an increase in acquisition, conversion rates, overall order size and manage margin performance across a variety of product lines Own and manage online marketing strategies including: social media, SEM, SEO, email, partnership and subscription Partner with award-winning in-house design and advertising agency on the development and execution of marketing campaigns Collaborate with technical partners (internal and external) to develop and deliver a best-in-class site experience and meet/exceed target conversion metrics.

Lead web analytics related to eCommerce and communicate relevant information to team members, executive leadership and cross-functional partners Work with Leadership and Finance teams to forecast and execute the eCommerce 3-5yr Strategic Plan and the Annual Operating Budget

Tenured success, 10 — 15 years’ experience, building and leading emerging online, direct to consumer, multi-CPG brands Exhibited leadership experience in digital marketing and eCommerce Demonstrated high level strategic thinking, expertly executing daily business management Highly adept and capable of building and maintaining trusting partnerships and relationships across business unit leaders as well as with the company’s external consumer, wholesale, and cross-functional partners Strong track record of leadership and the ability to attract, develop and retain world class talent Recognized marketer who understands and has worked across the full DTC marketing funnel Capability to direct website technical structure, design & aesthetics, content, navigation, information architecture and functionality efforts Knowledge of online marketing best practices that result in customer/client acquisition, retention, loyalty and growth Proven experience as a leader who can properly influence people, process and technology in a manner that enriches the company’s overall performance Deep understanding of CPG, food & beverage, Amazon marketplace dynamics, eCommerce arms of traditional brick and mortar retailers (Walmart.com, Kroger.com, Target.com etc.) as well as owned DTC and subscription channels Proven experience in P&L management and driving profitable, sustainable growth for an eCommerce business Comprehensive knowledge of the digital landscape, including web applications, site merchandising, SEO, social media, digital and email marketing and relevant reporting Experience forecasting and reporting eCommerce KPIs such as revenue, margin, inventories, traffic, conversion, AOV, LTV, CAC, etc.

Advanced executive presentation skills with PowerPoint and financial modeling in Excel Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related business field, MBA preferred
