Check your ego at the door, and come ready to compete and help the team win.Position SummaryThe Senior Art Director will design key art for multiple projects within the theatrical, broadcast, streaming and gaming spaces. The successful candidate can think outside the box, take concepts from idea stage to completion, and demonstrate an excellent knowledge of industry standard design programs for the creation of high-end print projects from sketch to finish.Essential Functions & Key ResponsibilitiesIdeating and concepting to help figure out the big ideaComp building – using Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design and other programsProviding design direction and support to both internal and external customersCollaborating with other designers, Art Directors and Creative Directors to deliver work that is on brand and aligned with client strategiesParticipating in campaigns from conception to the prep of final artworkCreating positivity and elevating the creative processBeneficial Skills and ExperienceAt least five years of experience working on Theatrical and/or TV key artStrong technical knowledge of print production process, file formats, and delivery specsExceptional design, layout and typography skillsAdvanced knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator (including related plug-ins)Strong attention to detailAbility to effectively communicate creative ideas within a collaborative environmentTo be considered, please include link to portfolio and salary requirements.
