Acquisition Marketing professional to work with proven industry leaders at an early-stage health & wellness company.

We are looking for an individual with a growth mindset, data-driven, and who is dedicated to all things digital marketing.

This role requires a passion for results, a commitment to action-oriented analysis, and extensive experience in digital media.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day planning, optimization, and campaign execution for our paid acquisition channels (FB, IG, YT, Google, display) Work closely with the Head of Growth in strategy development and execution that aligns with the companies KPIs Create a detailed analysis of campaign performance & effectiveness, including segmentation, creative targeting, & cohort analysis Analyze ad-level performance, iterate existing and develop new ad concepts that are in-line with our internal messaging and creative guidelines Set up, manage, and report on creative tests: Formulate thoughtful hypotheses, analyze results with statistical rigor, and thoroughly document results Ideate ad creative concepts; define messaging, video, and design variants, and collaborate closely with our creative team to finalize deliverables Develop a comprehensive ongoing weekly report for the executive team with testing insights & learnings Track and test audience segmentation performance to identify target customers and efficiently acquire them Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests Maintain up-to-date roadmap of ad tests (creative, copy, targeting, channel, etc.) and coordinate between various stakeholders/contributors Consistently looks for ways to improve current processes or introduce new approaches that will contribute to success

Competencies :
4-7 years in direct-to-consumer paid media buying experience including but not limited to social, display, search, video.

(i.e.

Facebook, Google, Pinterest, YouTube, etc) Experience with a digitally native and/or subscription brand is highly preferred Experience managing multi-million dollar ad campaign budgets Thorough understanding of KPIs such as CAC, LTV, & AOV You have a rigorous creative testing methodology and a passion for ongoing campaign optimization to improve performance Experience in scaling/increasing campaigns spends while maintaining or improving performance KPIs Self-starter.

Able to learn quickly, work autonomously, prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Excel and data analysis Excellent communication, collaboration, and planning skills You not only have a desire to learn, but you welcome any and all opportunities for coaching and development Positive attitude and willingness to jump in on all kinds of projects, sometimes outside of normal day-to-day work Excellent organizational skills with a good sense of prioritization Experience with CPG a plus Must be based in the LA area
