The Role:This is the opportunity to join one of the most exciting entertainment companies in the kids’ space globally. They have grown from a start-up to having the biggest kids’ show on YouTube, Netflix, and many other platforms in under 4 years and they have only just gotten started. They are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager in the brand team to work on their global franchises.You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders to develop social media campaigns as well as create a unique tone of voice and presence for the brand across our priority social platforms.They are growing incredibly quickly so they are looking for someone who is organized, outgoing, and thinks on their feet. They’re an energetic team with a passion for developing exciting ideas and are looking for someone who is ready to dive in and take on a challenge.Day-to-day management: Develop and implement social media strategies across all platforms and in multiple territories. Create monthly content calendars in line with business requirements. Scheduling and publishing content across multiple social media channels. Work collaboratively with partners across YouTube, L&M, Distribution, Partnerships, and Music to support campaigns, and product launches and promote new content. Work on TikTok and Facebook to monetize content/videos. Work closely with the Community Manager to use community insights to drive conversation, build insights and grow the audience. Track, analyze, and report on social media performance in line with set KPIs. Content Creation Generate unique, engaging, and positive campaigns ideas to target our community of parents. You’ll need to be comfortable with using content creation tools to develop content for their priority platforms Brief and oversee content creation including but not limited to photography, dynamic video (reels, infeed, and IGTV content) written and graphic content. You’ll need to use your platform knowledge and data to ensure assets across platforms are high-performing and in line with best practices. Can work to a specified tone of voice and with brand-led strategic messaging.Desired Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or relevant social media experience. 5+ years of experience working in a social media role. Experience creating social media content in various formats and copywriting Experience working on TikTok and Facebook to monetize content/videos. Photoshop skills are essential, video editing is a bonus. Experience with building a social media following, using social media to drive engagement. Understanding of leading social media platforms’ data insights. In tune with UK and US popular culture – particularly around the topics of parenting and young kids’ interests.
