Social Media Manager

Hours Full-Time 9AM-5:30PM Mon-Fri and after hours and weekends on an as needed basis.

Job Purpose: Swift Response, LLC., makers of the Flex Seal® Family of Products, are currently in need of an experienced individual who specializes in planning, managing and executing the brand’s international social media presence.

Must be fluent in English and Spanish.

Duties & Responsibilities: Create, manage, and execute the international social media content calendar.

Build international social media strategy including social media approach, curating content and platform presence.

Manage and execute social media ads including Facebook, Instagram Twitter, Pinterest and YouTube.

Ability to culturally adapt content for international markets.

Oversee and/or Translate original captions for specific countries/market pages that hold cultural relevance.

Coordinate social campaigns within our international department.

(e.g.

new product launches, holidays, sales etc.) Advise on ads and initiatives that combine domestic resources with international sales progression.

Schedule content to appropriate global market pages via Hootsuite Review and approve content (copy, video and graphics) to ensure accuracy.

Create/research/execute cultural initiatives.

Brainstorming and idea-generation are within scope.

Create market pages in time with product releases and new markets.

Monitor all global market pages, as well as, country-specific ads.

Highly important to maintain pulse on audience.

Analyze, measure and report key metrics for international pages.

Focus on testing and tailoring content for best results.

Keep track of trends, platform updates and new platforms.

Oversee international community coordinator.

Support international influencers’ efforts.

Qualifications: 4 year BA/BS degree in Business/Marketing or related field.

2-3 years working in social media for a major brand.

Knowledgeable and passionate about social media platforms including: Facebook & Global Pages, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn.

Strong organizational, prioritization, and planning skills.

Ability to multi-task.

Must be fluent in English and Spanish.

Outstanding communication skills to request and delegate projects.

Ability to hold themselves and colleagues accountable for quality and timeliness of work.

Results-oriented, team-player with an enthusiastic personality.

Knowledge of project management processes, workflow and terminology.

Experience with Mexico and Latin-American Markets.

Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.

Detail-oriented Self-starter Time management and prioritization.

Experience with Hootsuite or other social media management tool is a plus.
