Social Media and Partnerships Manager

We’re dedicated to creating lasting relationships with florists across the UK and US, whilst taking orders from loyal customers in 114 different countries.
Due to our extraordinary growth, we have expanded our florist offering into a full business management SaaS tool.

Our vision is to create the easiest-to-use full spectrum florist business platform out there, ranging from websites, inventory, POS and beyond.

This software should assist any and all florists worldwide in helping them grow and manager their businesses.
We are looking for a vibrant, creative and experienced Social Media and Partnerships Manager who can take the lead on all things communications and partnerships.

We need an ambitious, proactive and self sufficient candidate to help us amplify our brand and accelerate organic customer & florist acquisition and loyalty through social.
Working closely with the CEO, you will play a fundamental role in developing and delivering effective communication and content strategies for Floom.

You will be able to synthesise our goals and create a compelling strategy and execution to meet the business objectives, in line with our brand vision.

You will also be responsible for managing both the FloomOfficial and Floom.x instagram handles.
You will lead the way in maximising opportunity of all marketing channels, both online and offline, and establishing new ones.

You will be data driven, as well as efficient and creative with developing engaging, relevant content.
Requirements
You have experience with brand, content strategy and social media execution You are a digital expert, super creative and global in your outlook.

US market experience desirable You are a master of clear communication
– written and verbal You are a motivated self-starter who thrives in a complex, rapidly evolving business that still has a small US team You have experience in a dynamic startup or high growth environment You have experience creating content and communications for both B2B and B2C You are familiar with like minded brands, and can create an achievable plan for partnerships You are able to photograph content and add design elements to it youself
First 6 months responsibilities
Create the key social content pillars for both Floom (b2c) and FloomX (b2b) in which all content for the rest of 2021 will align Plan the 2021 Social media and partnerships marketing calendar to reach agreed company objectives
– includes campaigns, activations, partnerships and collaborations, and social media growth Create a number of strategies to achieve customer growth ini key geographies Set up a marketing business intelligence tracker in order to properly track campaign outcomes Create a list of ideal partnerships and concepts to achieve follower and engagement growth KPIs
