The Gig // In this role, the Shift Leader will learn all aspects of the business so he or she can become developed and ready to move on to the next step, Assistant Shop Leader.
He or she will need to adhere to our high standards in food preparation, quality of product, employee teamwork and guest satisfaction to ensure &pizza s experience is always first in class.
Requirements // Minimum of one year in a restaurant or retail environment.
Experience in the Restaurant Industry, preferred.
// High School Degree a must; Bachelor s Degree strongly preferred.
// Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused shop.
// Follow &pizza operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security, to ensure the safety of all tribe members.
// As a requirement of the position, shift leaders must be trained and pass a Food Safety Certification course.
// Ability to comprehend and communicate in English via verbal and written communication, such that team members can perform their job responsibilities as required.
