Senior Vice President – Sales Revenue Operations

Are you an analytical, innovative, collaborative leader seeking an opportunity to create a Revenue Operations function to identify critical business insights, establish processes to support a buyer’s journey and develop efficiencies through technology and team skill development?

If so, we are seeking a Senior Vice President – Revenue Operations to join our Global Revenue Operations Team.

This newly-created role is a member of the Growth Council and the Global Leadership Team (GLT), they are a partner to sales, marketing and client services leadership, supporting the alignment of these functions across the full customer life cycle to drive growth through operational efficiency and sales effectiveness.

The Senior Vice President – Revenue Operations will play a critical role in: Partnering with Go to Market and Client Services leadership and Finance to establish a global architecture of customer data to support and grow reporting and analytics capabilities.

Elevating customer data as a strategic asset and outlining our journey from static reporting to predictive analytics which inform business performance.

Enabling streamlined and efficient business planning processes by supporting strategic alignment, providing common tools/templates, and delivering timely business insights.

Partnering with Go to Market and Client Services leadership to develop, refine and continually improve a consistent sales and retention execution cadence across New Business and Client Services teams.

Enhancing our return on investment in Salesforce as our system of record for all customer-facing interactions including account-based marketing, prospecting, opportunity management and strategic account management.

Developing and deploying communication and training to enable the success of customer-facing teams to include onboarding, ongoing development, and change-related programs.

In terms of the experience that we value highly: 15 years of experience in B2B Services; HCM/RPO experience strongly preferred.

GTM strategy planning and execution, revenue operations, sales operations and/or sales/account management.

Track record of interacting and driving change with executives and C-suite.

Proven track record of decision making based upon business metrics required.

Working with, and managing within, a global company; ideally leading global teams.

Familiarity with Salesforce preferred.
